Big thanks to @gjeast1 for their help with a very impressive Class Lexion 8700 TT harvesting our community crop. Profits go to upkeep of the oval and facilities. Without any crown land, we lease 80ha with locals donating hours, machinery, trucks and fuel. Great community effort!
Heard of others with same issue wondering if anyone has found a solution to the JD R4045 rate jumping around. Happens when solution pump is run dry at the end of a tank if not turned of early enough or after a clean out. Can last up to 6ha of next tank before it corrects itself
Wheat had 25ml of Trojan 6 weeks ago. RWA has come back feeding off the warm July days and is sterilising heads. Mainly picking on more stressed plants but also in some good patches also.
Dad having issues in the seeder tractor while I am spraying 15km away. Such a handy tool to Remotely log on via the iPad to be able to tell him what to do rather than him trying to explain what he is looking at over the phone and which we all know can be a painful experience
Sportbet finally following farmers footsteps jumping on weather gambling. Waiting for a special on “no rain in September” to hedge our bets #cropinsurance
Footy cancelled, cricket cancelled all other public gatherings cancelled. Looking forward to spending the next month before seeding isolated in the trees looking for my heavily shanked golf ball #golfisthewinner ⛳️ 🏌️♂️
Ridiculous how it still takes 5 days to get a part from Melb to Crystal Brook (2hours from Adelaide) where you are charged an extra $50 for a shoe box sized part when you can buy 4 pairs of shoes from the same location and have them at the local post office the next day for free
