P4 celebrated World Book Day by taking part in a STEM through stories activity. We read "The Creepy Carrots!" book and then we worked on Food Technology by making our own carrot soup. We linked this to Science by keeping the carrot tops to observe any future growth!

Our school newspaper club had a visit this week from a parent who works as a journalist. He delivered a talk on article writing and interviewing skills which was very helpful. Thanks for your expertise Mr Carson!
