Thursday was our knife skills assessment in Culinary Skills. Students have to show me they can effectively cut julienne, batonnet, and two sizes of dice cuts. It is always a stressful atmosphere, but they all pulled it off! I was super impressed by everyone #MNHSFCS #Proud2bMPS
