In The Chicago #Bears '26 theme article, we learned they will be debuting their Nike "Rivalries" jersey on Christmas vs. The Packers.
Though it'll be a home game where usually navy is worn, maybe we'll finally see the all white look 👀

There will be people who complain. There will be people who threaten to no longer be fans. Then the stadium gets built. People will see how cool it is. Bears will win a Super Bowl (or atleast be competitive). It becomes old news.

According to sources: the Chicago Bears are looking at a potential second site just south of the Lost Marsh area on Sheffield Ave. It would require the purchasing of business(es) currently occupied. Considered a better long-term site. #DaBears

I'm sure David loved to hear this. Hell, almost everyone on that station has blamed the #Bears for what has transpired. Thankfully, Mayor Tinaglia set the record straight. The politicians in this state can't work together to get a deal done. It's as simple as that.

From a straight business choice, the #Bears should go to Indiana. For those of you idiots still believing they are protecting tax payers, the #Bears wanted property tax certainty (like all other businesses who build here) and help with infrastructure because they cannot build roads legally. Infrastructure is paid with bond issuance, not taxes dollars that can be recouped with a tax on event sales. They were paying for their entire stadium. Every day Illinois should thank California for not being the worst state in America.

The Bears could pay $2 Billion
Property tax could be exempt
Infrastructure covered by sales revenue

This is what the battle is about people.
Because a Lakefront stadium would need to be publicly owned in order to be tax exempt

All this talk about Infrastructure costs and property tax, none of that has to come from tax payers and it shouldnt!
IL has the power to make all of this go away but again, they want the Bears to keep paying them rent & to keep making money off of the Bears!
