The Museum is VE day ready! Why not pop into The Forum Shopping Centre to see our window display. We will be open on Saturday between 10.30-2.30 . Come in and look at our WW2 collections. We also stock a number of books on local WW2 history. Entry to the Museum is FREE!

On Thursday April 24, at The Avenue Theatre, 10am, local historian Helen Allinson will be giving a talk for the Museum on The Barrow Charity of Borden. A story of death-bed repentance, corruption by the rich and help for the poor, which stretches over 300 years of local history.
