fall-off too hard in the meta (it's been a day btw.) they will be buffed at the start of S9 or even before that.
It wasn't Supp players only that were asking for BC nerfs, but everyone outside of dive players with common sense knew that she was absolutely ridiculous.

-Magic: Legendary
-Phoenix and Cyclops: Both Epic
-C&D: Legendary (Lattice EP)
-Spider-Man and Reed: Both Epic
Sadly not sure about the rest of Summer skins.

I am not saying that it's 100% the case, but it's possible that all 7 Summer shop skins (Emma, Strange, Black Widow, Daredevil, Lady Loki, White Fox and Cap) will be Legendary tier. This is just my guess based on them using the same, unique background for all of them.
