The home of SkiaSharp, the cross-platform graphics API for .NET based on Google's Skia. Over here we love skia! Account by @mattleibow and personal opinions.
So excited to have @UnoPlatform on team #SkiaSharp. They have done lots of good work, and now they are fellow #Sharpeners! Stunning work by Ramez to get us so many good things!
So much more is possible now!

Do YOU want to play with SkiaSharp IN YOUR BROWSER?!?! Well, our fellow Sharpener Ramez at Uno put together #SkiaFiddle: mono.github.io/SkiaSharp/fid…
You know what, just go look at the release notes: mono.github.io/SkiaSharp/doc…
Oh yes, we are already merging things for preview 2...
It has been a crazy last week or so. Seems all of a sudden people are sending PRs for RISC V and LoongArch64 support. Also, musl is getting a bunch more CPU archs. Bugs are being fixed. Thanks to everyone. Also, anyone out there using RISC V and LoongArch64? Let me know!
Finally! A stable version 3.x of #SkiaSharp is out! It has been too long and quite frankly, this @mattleibow guy has been too distracted. But there are so many new things in this 3.x series that you don't want to mis it!

OMG the 3.x builds just got pushed! Check out the latest 3.116.0 preview 6 that will be going stable in the next week AND the next next version: 3.118.0 preview 1
I am trying to be more aggressive on the updates, so will eventually catch up.
Check them out and let us know!
A bunch of SkiaSharp updates coming at you really soon!
* Stable 2.x - same build as 2.88.9-preview.2.2
* Stable 3.116 - same build as 3.116.0-preview.6.1
* Preview 3.118
Let me know if you hit any issues as this is probably what is going out for @dotnetcnf 2024!
We need to have a look at the SkiaSharp.Extended repository and make sure it is still going strong. I have seen a bunch of new issues that need eyes. So, why not join me in about 1.5 hours and talk "community toolkit" and see what we can do over there!

Here it is folks! I am going to try this streaming thing without any prep, but with all the goodies in the code. Watch me update skia without first looking to see what has changed. All I got are some horrible assets... youtube.com/live/1fMJPN_2imw…#SkiaSharp
Everyone using SkiaSharp on Windows would get a crash on app start after the update. So, this was quite serious. Thanks Thomas Stocker for the initial bug report github.com/Mapsui/Mapsui/iss…. Thanks @mattleibow for the fix and @jlaban for the backport to SkiaSharp 2.
Looks like I had nothing to do between rocking baby to sleep and feeding while mommy slept. So, I just did a tiny bump of skia from milestone 116 to 117. Nothing crazy new, but about a month of skia fixes. Check out 3.0.0-preview.0.385 on the preview devops nuget feed!
Milestone 117 was branched for September 2023, so we are still a year old. But, I want to keep bumping every month so we stay new. It sometimes is super easy, like last night, but other times it is quite hectic. Would anyone be interested in trying to bump to the next version?
Would a video/stream of how I update be useful? Maybe if you see that it is not so crazy, then you can help SkiaSharp stay up to date with all the goodies. I probably should document the update for record keeping purposes.
