People often fall for scam emails, well I can see why when @Yorkshire_BS send out emails like this.
- No subject
- Not directed to me (a typical scammer technique)
- Random 'h' midway in the email
Overall not surprised Gmail marked it as dangerous. Please do better

Good to know, @Deliveroo@DeliverooHelp that you punish customers for taking credit instead of getting a card refund when an order goes wrong. Poor customer service and I won't be using you again in a hurry (even got my name wrong, way to feel valued)
So @Deliveroo I've today learnt that if I get a refund for poor customer service (cold food) as credit you then won't apply a discount code I get. Thanks for punishing me for not taking a refund back to my card. #PoorService

Hey @askesure your chat system is a little unfair, if I have to wait 5 mins to talk to someone (& don't see it) you kill the chat after a few mins with no sound warning or anyway to continue the chat and have to start again. Not cool
Nearly 6 months since I got my @Tesla and I'm STILL waiting for my refund for a super charge done before I collected my car. Been told this time it should be done within 14 days, past experience & promises means I think I'll be messaging again in the New Year #PoorCustomerService
