Good shed weather so I decided to do some maintenance on the kids' @Tonka_trucks tipper. They lost the tipper in some vigorous sandpit work recently. Couple of rivets and some dodgy spot welds and they're back off to work. Not many toys you can weld up these days.

NDVI map of a pasture paddock spread with Urea 3 weeks ago. 50kg/ha. Test strip was left out to see if there was any difference in plant health visible. You be the judge. Give me a bell on 0418 127163 for a different view of your farm.

Mapped a paddock burnt over the summer by @CSIROnews and @CFA to model fire behaviour through standing crop and stubble. Cells are 50x50m. Some cells were left unburnt. Canola sown 2 weeks ago. Will be interesting to see any differences in growth this year over the paddock.

Used NDVI map from Oct 15 to identify frosted peas. Made exclusion zones, then @joekoch35 selectively harvested to ensure deliverable qlty

Possibly the most insane single exposure I've ever taken. Just as I asked my friend Jens to point at Comet 46P/Wirtanen, a meteor streaked underneath the open star cluster Pleiades (M45). Jens - 150m Meteor - 85 km Comet 46P - 11 million km Pleiades - 444 light years

Flying over some frost affected wheat to see if we can determine and quantify the extent of the damage. We may be able to make a mowing plan so we can retain the good stuff. They say that it's worth a bit at the minute... Will use some #NDVI as well.

Customer's spreader contractor had some issues in this paddock of canola. I was called to collect some images and maps as a sanity check. You be the judge... NDVI map at the end tells a story. Let me know if you want aerial insights into your crops.
