Bench coach Don Mattingly has been named interim manager through the end of the 2026 season. Additionally, Dusty Wathan, who had served as third base coach since the 2018 season, has been promoted to bench coach. Anthony Contreras, who had been triple-A Lehigh Valley’s manager since the 2022 season, has been added to the major league staff and will assume third base coach responsibilities. Chris Adamson, who had been Lehigh Valley’s bench coach since 2024, has been elevated to manager of the IronPigs. Phillies President of Baseball Operations Dave Dombrowski announced the changes today.
