Do more hard things! I'm part of a live gig March 6th and instead of seeing that my double chin is showing I didn't reshoot with a better angle I was just like fuck it that looks like a badass. The self fatphobia is deep but we are getting closer to acceptance which feels good :)

The gift of music, and of playing it with other people together, is like nothing else. The last few years have been a wreck but I played a show last night and I cannot help myself anymore I am always on the edge of tears these days from being in the zone
