$IREN satellite image of planned data center in South Australia (google earth) 🇦🇺 At 800 MW this would be the largest data center in Australia. The current largest is CDC data centres’ 504 MW campus. The real question is how long till delivery and will Anthropic Microsoft’s recent investment in the region have anything to do with this project.

“Anthropic has committed to rent more than 10 gigawatts of server rentals from cloud providers, which will dwarf the capacity it would get from the new direct leases.” Anthropic is paying $SPCX $1.25 billion per month for 300 MW & 220k Nvidia GPUs Race for compute

$HUT has already landed a 15-year deal worth $7 billion with Anthropic: • Initial phase 245 MW (15yr triple net lease) • Total partnership target: 2.3 GW of data center infrastructure With Anthropic signing over a dozen new LOI’s with data center developers for facility leases, don’t be surprised if Hut 8 Fluidstack are key pieces of the mix

Anthropic to pursue first data center leases seeking financial backing from Google: Have to put a pause on the $IREN $NBIS $CRWV speculation, for now, as the report states conversations to date have been with U.S. data center developers. They’ve signed over a dozen LOI’s. In this setup, Anthropic would lease the facility and then purchase servers and hardware inside which gives them more control and customization.

Jensen Huang: “Each gigawatt is about $50 billion. It’s the most expensive factory in the world. But that one $50 billion factory also generates $300 billion to $400 billion in intelligence. The production value is incredible.”

$NBIS Co-Founder Roman Cherin on raising GPU prices: “We still have our pipeline pressure on supply. It’s not only us being greedy and trying to get as much money as possible. People need compute to build.” Last month Nebius raised GPU rental prices nearly 30% across the board

Elon Musk believes SpaceX can deploy 100 gigawatts per year by 2030 • 1 GW per year by end of 2027 • 10 GW per year in 2.5 years • 100 GW per year in 3.5 years “Depending on the progress in chip making, going beyond that to scale to a terawatt per year which is 1,000 gigawatts”

What a wild month for $IREN • $3.4B cloud deal with Nvidia • Nvidia partnership to deploy 5GW • Up to $2.1B investment from Nvidia (based on GPU delivery) • Acquired Nostrum (490 MW in Spain) • Closed 3.65B GPU financing & $3B convertible notes offering • 800 MW data center campus in Australia All this, and it still closed today below the pre-announcement price Whether it’s ATM overhang or macro noise, the pre earnings price opportunity is still there I’d like to see IREN hit on their timelines for the second half of this year
$IREN is down around 8% today, reversing part of Mondays roughly 9% rally and sliding back into the neocloud valuation conversation after a sharp AI linked move. Traders are weighing the $IREN shift from $BTC mining into AI infrastructure against profit taking and a cooler tone toward high momentum AI and neocloud names. Trade $IREN volatility 24/7 with a Vest Capital funded account and get access to up to $25k in trading capital.

Earlier this year I sold a majority of my $KEEL to add more $IREN IREN has always been a larger position for me and I wanted to roll what were small KEEL profits into more IREN Since that “roll”, KEEL is Keeling me. • $KEEL 107% (115% at peak) • $IREN 23% (45% at peak) In the short term this sings, but I believe IREN has the more asymmetric long term investment thesis as a true AI cloud vs power shell/colocation. Do I regret the trade? Hard to say, but yes. I still hold a decent portfolio allocation of KEEL and am sitting on a gain of 113%. But it sure would be nice to still have that entire position. That’s investing.
