Even both cars crashed, they demonstrated reliable race under high impact. They stoped only because one car lost the battery and the other car damaged the power jack.

My BEC cable for servo. Thank you guys all for the suggestions.

I am looking for a way to power the race car servo with 7v, but still get the steering signal from VESC. What's the best way?

Currently my VESC send steering signal with 5v power to the servo. I would like to have 7v.

Had an great test today on @RAMS_RC_Club track. However the car starts to drift at 40mph. Some experts recommended to change to soft tires. Will try this.

Instead of adaptors and BEC, “make” my own 6s lipo battery. Disassemble 2 4s battery, put 6 cells together. Solder 3 outputs from the battery:6s 24v for the VESC that powers @ARRMARC Infraction, 4s 16v for the @NVIDIAEmbedded Jetson, 2s 8v for the servo.

However, I found GPS is not working under the body…signal too weak?

Is there any problem if IMU is next to car motor? Is the motor magnetic field going to impact IMU readings?

Where to put the camera?

SPC 3.0 Now the motor also works. This car is doable. I just need to design a deck to mount my compute and sensors.
