I’m constantly surprised at the lengths @SmartThingsDev@IsSmartThingsUp has gone to in the never ending quest to make @smartthings even more terrible for the customer. Day after day. Year after year. Consistent degradation. Astounding. #SmartThingsSucks
-“Should we improve customer service to help fix all these problems we are creating w the “New” #SmartThings app?”
-“Idk if this is possible, but could we make our support even worse somehow?”
-“Another great idea!”
#SmartThingsSucks@Samsung@IsSmartThingsUp@SmartThingsDev
-“Yeah! And we can make the “new” #SmartThings app crash constantly!”
-“Another great idea! Let’s actually just have the app delete automations at random. That’ll be helpful!”
-“Make sure we never acknowledge that this is happening though. We can sell people on the new Hub!”
-“Hey! I think I have an idea guys! Let’s take the #SmartThings Classic app, brick it, then replace it with a “New” ST app that doesn’t work!”
-“Oh wow. Good call! I see a promotion in your future!”
-“We need to make sure to delete all the automations our customers rely on”
Just when I thought @IsSmartThingsUp couldn’t get any worse - they brick their old app. Max of 8 widgets. No watch app. No hue. Why? I don’t understand the logic. It’s as if they’re attempting to make the worst service ever. #unreal#SmartThings@SmartThingsBeat@SmartThingsDev
Anyone else think @ArloSmartHome got hacked for a ransom and they are too scared to admit it?
Can anyone else think of an explaination as to why they’re refusing to give an update on these clearly widespread issues?

I just don’t understand how @ArloSmartHome claims to be selling a “security system”.
They know it doesn’t work.
That seems so incredibly irresponsible in my mind.
If it was some stupid tech gadget: so be it.
But it’s a security system: it HAS to work.
