This was an ambitious batch. We had so many waitlisted from the previous year, that we decided to announce a new batch, and run FECAT bi-annually. Thankfully, better sense has prevailed and we have reverted back to once a year – Jan FECAT. Each year we are moved by the transform

We met this batch once. On their graduation. With the on and off lockdown, their training was 100% virtual. They were holding grief because of the surrounding loss, they were holding anxiety because of the extended uncertainty, and we were just holding space. They delivered. We d
