Midway Exotica board that I’m converting to The Grid. Colors look great on standard switching PSU, but freezes right after booting, Happ Pro PSU colors look awful, but game plays fine. Other board plays fine on either. OK???? 🤔

2 bad Konami Viper boards = 1 good board? I got in a board that an operator cranked the power up till it fried everyone component, but ironically had a good CF and RTC. Fast forward two years later I can finally put those parts to use

Pretty close to being done. Need to solder the board to bridge Teknoparrot to the ticket dispenser and then I’ll probably just do cosmetic things like make a marquee and bezel to Velcro to the screen

Now that the weather is warming, I’m finally getting back into my shop to pickup old projects like my Deal or No Deal “cabaret” arcade build. I got the electronics/scripts working to get tickets to print reliably from #Teknoparrot which will be fun for the kids #arcade
