We are excited to announce that Kane Davenport has joined the Smith Thornton Advisors Team! Kane joins us after 4 years as a Senior Financial Analyst at FedEx in Memphis, TN. He is now a Wealth Advisor with us in Huntsville, AL.

Kane graduated in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Alabama and in 2020 with his MBA, also from the University of Alabama. Kane and his wife moved to Huntsville to be closer to family and for Kane to pursue his passion as a financial advisor.

Welcome Blayne!
After an 11-year career in professional golf, Blayne Barber has joined the STA team. Blayne graduated from Auburn in 2012 (B.S. Finance) and is thrilled to begin serving families as a Wealth Advisor. Blayne will establish a presence for the firm in Auburn, AL.

Blayne was a 3-time NCAA All-American at The University of Central Florida and Auburn University and represented the United States on the 2011 Walker Cup and 2011 & 2012 Palmer Cup teams. He turned pro in 2012 and earned over 200 career starts on the PGA and Korn Ferry Tours.
