Embracer Group $EMBRAC has acquired Snapshot Games for an undisclosed sum.
HQ in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a second studio in Los Angeles, California, USA, the company is developing the strategy title Phoenix Point. It will become part of Saber Interactive.
