BJP has ruled India for 12 years. In this period, India has seen multiple Union Health Ministers: >JP Nadda, >Dr Harsh Vardhan >Mansukh Mandaviya Yet the basic question remains unanswered: Why India is still struggling with a diabetes explosion, rising cancer cases, unaffordable treatment, overcrowded hospitals, weak public health infrastructure and families forced to sell land/jewellery for one medical emergency. Why is healthcare still not treated like a national emergency? We build statues, corridors, events and slogans but a common Indian still waits hours in a government hospital, pays lakhs in private hospitals, and often gets diagnosed too late. A serious country does not only talk about “Viksit Bharat”. A serious country prevents disease, regulates junk food, strengthens primary healthcare, expands screening, makes medicines affordable, and makes hospitals accountable. India does not need healthcare speeches. India needs a healthcare revolution.

#Rampur (#रामपुर) in Kaimur (Bhabua) - कैमूर (भभुआ) ) has #IN_coding hashtag #IN01454 india-dd.wikidot.com/teh:ram…

In Rampur, businessman Sunil Rastogi killed his cancer-stricken wife Neha and then himself because they had run out of money for treatment. Think about that. A man was pushed to a point where death looked cheaper than healthcare. What kind of country are we building where families sell everything, borrow everything, beg everywhere and still cannot afford treatment? Why is healthcare still a luxury? Why does cancer treatment destroy families financially? Why are ordinary people one illness away from total collapse? Cockroach Party of India asks one simple question: If hospitals are unaffordable, medicines are unaffordable, tests are unaffordable and treatment is unaffordable, then who exactly is this system working for?

This image is not just a story of poverty. It is a brutal indictment of governance failure. In Chhattisgarh’s Mainpat, a 90 year old woman, Sukhmuniya Bai, is being carried 9 km on her daughter in law’s back just to collect a ₹1500 pension from the bank. She has to cross drains, rough terrain, and hilly paths every month just to access money that is rightfully hers. And this is happening in a country where governments boast about Digital India, DBT, financial inclusion, doorstep delivery, and welfare schemes. If the system can reach villages for votes, propaganda, surveys, and photo-ops, why can’t it reach an elderly woman with her pension? Why should a 90-year-old have to suffer like this for ₹1500? Cockroach Party of India asks: Where is doorstep pension delivery? Where is rural banking access? Where is accountability for such inhuman governance failure? And how long will the poor be forced to carry the burden of a broken system on their backs? This is not welfare. This is state failure.
