We continue to emphasize standardized tests designed for 50% of students to miss each question & we are shocked when they do. & then blame the teachers because the test does exactly what it was designed to do. & give T’s poor evals. Is Any other profession rigged for failure?

Don’t do innovation or entrepreneurship if you can’t handle failure ambiguity. It’s part of the job to fail, learn, get up, and get on!
