Rogers, Barcola, Tonali, Scott, Bouaddi- Wishlist. We might have to sell Merino to do that.

Must be a Ronaldo fan. They’re this delusional.
I respect Messi’s greatness, but I’m fully convinced he’s going goal‑less this World Cup and Argentina are getting grouped. He holds them back. Bookmark this and come back when it happens.

This is how you know there’s a problem with this fanbase. I don’t see what HOA has done to bring all this hate. You people are too silly.

The way Barcola is talked about is pretty funny when the talent & actions are so clear.

Guess who has both trophies…
In the World Cup, Mbappe is greater than Messi. In the champions league, Ronaldo is greater than Messi.

We, at Arsenal, don’t want you either.
Irrespective of the goal Barcola scored today, I don't want him at Arsenal.

Loool. Because we read paragraphs from HOA everyone thinks we have time to read theirs. 😭
This clarifies a lot of things. 1. We're not buying ANY costly CM. Look at the names mentioned... young, rotation options for Rice who are considerably cheaper than the Andersons, Whartons, and Tonalis. Alex Scott's evaluation is also too high for a rotation option, so if I were a betting man, I'd say we sign either Bouaddi or Koné. I'm curious about the other two midfielders, though. 2. It's looking like it'll be Rogers or Barcola, not Rogers and Barcola. This means Martinelli going will depend on Rogers. If a Rogers deal can be achieved, I doubt Martinelli leaves as PSG seem to want a lot before they sell Barcola. If we sign Rogers and sell Martinelli, we MUST sign another runner profile LW to replace Martinelli's speed, vertical stretching, and repeated runs. Whether that is Bahoya, Diomandé, or Barcola, we'll see... but you cannot sell Martinelli's profile on the left and not replace it. 3. As things stand, getting a striker is unlikely (and I agree with them). Gyökeres and Havertz are in fine form (don't forget Meri9, too) and the likes of Kroupi and Endrick are not coming to play as a 2nd or 3rd striker. Rogers could be seen as the swiss army knife to play CF, SS, AM, or LW during rotations in-game. 4. Arteta is preparing to start next season with Saka, Rice, and maybe even Saliba not in the first team. These three players almost broke their body down for the title, so they deserve their rest. Arteta wants DM/CM that is good enough to start for us (especially OOP) but also willing to be a bench option when Rice is fully fit. I wouldn't be surprised if we signed another defender in addition to all this.

The problem with this fanbase is that a lot of you think you know better than you actually do. That goal was about the pass yes but another good aspect is the direction of run and finish. Martinelli can do the run but that finish isn’t easy. If Martinelli was the answer we wouldn’t be looking for a LW for years now. Behave yourself.
Bradley Barcola scored today and suddenly my timeline is flooded with "Arsenal should sign him" and "he's exactly what we need." Did any of you actually watch the move before the goal? The most important action wasn't even the finish. It was the pass from Rabiot that split the defence open and put Barcola clean through. That's literally the same type of pass Mikel Merino played for Martinelli against Real Madrid. The difference is that when Martinelli does it, people act like it's normal. When another player does it, suddenly it's evidence that Arsenal must spend £80m. Martinelli has been scoring those runs-in-behind goals for years. Give him the pass at the right moment and he'll attack the space every single time. It's one of the strongest parts of his game. Football fans love falling in love with the shiny new toy while ignoring what they already have. Barcola is a very good player, but let's stop acting like that goal showcased some unique ability that Martinelli doesn't possess. The pass created the goal. The run was standard Martinelli territory. Some of you are praising another player for doing something you've spent years taking for granted from our own winger.

The guy on your avi would leave Arsenal before Ødegaard does.
