Nobel Prize laureate Elie Wiesel was a Holocaust survivor, philosopher and humanist.
Wiesel made it his life's work to bear witness to the genocide committed by the Nazis during World War II. He saw the struggle against indifference as a struggle for peace.

We are saddened at the news of the recent passing of Sara Dobbins, z”l (1931-2024), whom we had the honor of interviewing in Santa Monica, California this past March.
Happy birthday to Marie Skłodowska Curie, who was born on this day in 1867.
Marie Curie was the first person to be awarded the Nobel Prize twice, and is still the only individual to receive the prize in two different science categories.
