Tonight I'm introducing my new Solana PHP repo, the first framework-agnostic PHP library to natively build, sign, and submit Solana transactions end-to-end (including v0 transactions with Address Lookup Tables, Solana Pay, and provider-agnostic priority-fee estimation) without shelling out to Node or external tools. Validated byte-for-byte against the canonical JavaScript and Rust reference implementations. Thus far confirmed on devnet using SOL and USDC via smoke test. @solana #php
