if a grower/washer/brand has a rep, the point is to REPRESENT the product, give good recommendations and keep the contact to the grower/washer/brand from the consumers to a minimum. a lot of people don’t want to deal with the headache of customers, that then goes to say, going out of your way to head hop reps because you simply do not like them, will either get you cut off, or cut off and laughed at. if you think you’re being sneaky, trust, you are not and probably in a group chat being black listed. there is a pecking order you know 🤷‍♀️
