it’s become more about consumption over connection, the very antithesis of what art should be. and yes, fic is art to me. and the authors i know, the authors i’m friends with, whose fics are pretty much the only ones i trust to read now, treat them like art too.

why is the “bottom” in mm books always gay and the “top” alway or majority of time bisexual. why can’t the bottom be bisexual once? I’ve read lots of books with this trope I’m lowk pissed 😭

Back from my hometown. I had funerals to attend and I brought My Hana.

It's core, it's not about that. It's about that flow state when you're writing, and no one is validating it but it feels so good. That never really goes away in my experience. Trust it's part of you, and take time to rest ☺️
