I think the exchange space needs more transparency.
Transparency should mean the mechanics are fully visible. How orders match, how the book works, no hidden actors manipulating flow.
But big players need private transactions so they are not front run. Privacy means your counterparty cannot see your position size or direction.

In an AMM, prices are typically implied by a pool curve and kept in line by arbitrage. In a CLOB, prices are formed through a visible order book of competing bids and asks. Makers post limit orders.
