Egal in welcher Branche. Wer trägt die Verantwortung für das Controlling und Qualitätssicherung? Wenn es hier so eklatante Mängel gibt, würde es mich nicht wundern, wenn wir bald weitere derartige Probleme sehen. Wie können 1.000 Kilometer Kabel ohne Kontrolle verbaut werden? Das ist doch das Einmaleins des Projektmanagements. Wahnsinn.
