Caught off the south coast near Weymouth wild #seabass are in season now. 🎣 Each of our whole fish is perfect for 2 or 3 when cooked on the bone. I also have some portion-sized fillets from a larger fish which are perfect for steaming or pan-frying. ➡️ source-food.co.uk/
