quick breakdown of the refi hub ICO that went live today on @craftsdev, since people keep asking "how tf is this actually different":
- equity-linked: 14% of refi hub's equity is linked to the token
- company FDV 4-8M, Token FDV 680K to 1.37M (because of liquidity)
- legal structure holds the stake via SAFE including investor-grade protections including liquidation preference
- monthly streaming of the raise money to the company for conversion of SAFE, enforced on-chain

Your bid now sets the price tokens launch at on @solana, and nobody can see it.
600 unique bidders have participated in RaiseZero so far. Bids are encrypted with @Arcium. No public order book, no whale or sniper has info to game the system.
Everyone above the clearing price pays the same uniform price. That's fair price discovery.
Then we apply a discount on top. Everyone who bid above clearing gets in below the price the market itself set. Participation has built-in upside.
Compared to batch auctions, where bids sit on-chain as limit orders, sealed-bid runs over multiple days. Same access for a researcher in New York and a fund in Singapore. Time to read the docs. Room for sophisticated participants to enter on their own terms.
