It's a slaughter on Everest this season. 11 dead. Why? lack of experience and Nepal not enforcing their own previous 8k meter climb requirement. It's not a beginner mountain.

What is going on at #Everest? One dead a day, too many rescues, and more that we don't know about yet. Not climbing accidents but exhaustion, AMS, previous conditions, abandoned sick climbers... Something is failing miserably here.
