$ADAC with an over $800K spend increase last quarter. Trading $0.15 below its ~$10.16 NAV. Their mentioned target sectors include US AI and aerospace/defense. Risk capital funded by Cantor/sponsor with $1.50 warrants, which is better than most sponsors lately with shares/units.
Congrats to those who still had $SPKL coming into today it was well deserved considering the wait. It didn’t end up being Kneron, but the market seems to like the new target since it’s still AI-related.
$SPKL NAV is ~$11.03 now. $DMYY showed us what a 2.3M float can do, and $WLAC is showing us what a 12M float AI deal can do. Now can we put the two together, @phil_hellmuth? kneron.com/
$COLA is back near its ~$10.63 NAV, which is still increasing ~$0.05 monthly. Low-float SpaceX launch partner satellite play for the SpaceX IPO tomorrow. $SPKL is showing the upside potential of a 2M float today.
$COLA 2.5M public shares remain after extension. The only current pure space SPAC merger (DA with Wisesat Space) is now also a relatively low float. They have already launched 22 satellites with the latest aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9. NAV is ~$10.40 increasing ~$0.05 monthly.
$BCAR$BCARW S-4/A Filed this morning, it looks close
Primary changes are updated for 3/31 financials. I would estimate effectiveness late this or early July with the caveat that predicting the SEC review process is always challenging

Re: options, waiting for exchanges to process current number of shareholders. That's the gating item for most of these SPAC option requests
$BCAR is back within 2% of its ~$10.33 NAV after trading $11 just last week. Possible government AI company stakes could be an upcoming catalyst for the AI sector, similar to quantum last month. It’s the only AI cloud infrastructure DA currently with the last one being $BRUN.
$VACI back near ~$10.23 NAV. Low-risk space play leading into the SpaceX IPO on Friday. NorthStar is the first commercial service to monitor space, from space, via a constellation of satellites with dedicated optical sensors. NATO DIANA innovator, DARPA & Space Force partnerships
$VACI with the space theme heating up and SpaceX IPO this summer, it seems like a great RR here (~$10.20 NAV). DA w/ @NorthStarEandS which is backed by the Canadian and European governments. One of two companies selected for the DARPA Space-WATCH program to detect active threats.
$BLUW is trading $0.09 below ~$10.38 NAV. It’s the only Trump SPAC still below NAV, with the others trading $0.03-$0.25 above NAV. Yorkville filed for another SPAC last month. Usually a good indicator of a DA soon for a team’s current SPAC(s). Devin Nunes is still a board member.
$PCSC is back within 3% of ~$10.81 NAV. Impressive list of current investors including, Microsoft, BainCapital, Quest, Roche, ARK, etc. SimpleScreen CRC is under FDA review with approval anticipated in mid 2026. Competitor $GH is up ~45% in the past month. ~8M float. S4/A Monday.
1/ Time to revisit @freenome and the $PCSC deal.
- Stock has come back providing a good entry point
- Likely came back given limited news on process
- PCSC filed the S-4 confidentially but now flipped public on 4/28, expect a definitive shortly

The last SPAC to trade $14 and then trade near NAV was $WLAC ($BRUN), another smaller-sized SPAC. Latest investor presentation filed a couple weeks ago. sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/…
$BBCQ 4% since DA was announced in March with a $2B valuation, meanwhile some other quantum companies ~ returns during the same period and ~ current valuations.
$IONQ 99% $27B
$QBTS 64% $11B
$INFQ 64% $4B
$XNDU 57% $5B
$RGTI 54% $9B
Quantinuum $14B upsized IPO Thursday.
$BBCQ Pasqal’s partners include IBM, Nvidia, Google, Aramco & Microsoft. 4 of the top 8 companies by market cap in the world are investors/partners. A low risk quantum play with under 2% risk (~$10.13) NAV. Aramco & Pasqal this week launched Saudi Arabia’s first quantum computer.
Starting to look for cheap warrants targeting the right sectors with recent large spend. $APXTW is the first one I’ve found. Targets include AI, crypto, data services, and renewable energy. Deadlines 10/28/27. $200K spend increase last quarter. High RR. apextreasurycorp.com/
The $BCAR team’s next SPAC is $DBCA. It currently trades $0.15 below its ~$10.11 NAV. Given their current AI deal trading well above NAV and Trump ties, it seems like a great RR below NAV.
$BCAR$BCARW David Boral is the Chairman/CEO. His bank advised $DWAC on the $DJT deal. He may still have connections to Trump, given his bank is co-manager of $MCGA and co-book runner/advisor for the upcoming Donald Trump Jr. & Eric Trump SPAC. $BCAR is ~$0.13 below ~$10.07 NAV.
$AXINR US Air Force contract announced this month. Nvidia collaboration to build hybrid quantum-classical applications. Partnerships with BBVA, Siemens, Unilever, and VW. If the deal closes, 10 $0.35 rights would give a $3.50 average on commons & an ~$1.2B valuation.
The only other comp we have for a quantum DA with rights is $XNDU at a $3.1B original valuation (currently $5B), and $CHACR traded between $0.60 and $1.20. The downside to rights is no floor if they terminate, they would likely go back to $0.15-$0.20 w/ deadline not until 06/2027
$NHIC CEO Kevin Charlton spoke at the Roadmap to Nuclear Conference in Paris last month. He was the president and COO of the Hennessy SPAC that merged with $BLBD. They are targeting industrial technology, including but not limited to grid resiliency and robotics. NAV is ~$10.31.
The $WLAC team's next SPAC, $WLII, is currently trading below its ~$10.09 NAV. This has the same team that brought us $BRUN, one of the most successful SPAC deals in years with zero redemptions. Similar to WLAC, it’s on the smaller size of new SPACs with only 14M shares.
