The latest version of Snapchat resolves an issue that prevents some iOS users from importing Snaps! Download this update from the App Store now (apps.apple.com/us/app/snapch…). Let us know if you’re still having issues!

We've identified an issue preventing some iOS users from importing Snaps. We've resolved the issue and the fix is scheduled to be included in our version 10.74.5 update, which will be released in early February.
