Spectrum 10K aims to investigate factors that contribute to autism and related conditions to better understand wellbeing in autistic people and their families.
Spectrum 10K has published a summary of the Spectrum 10K consultation. You can read this by clicking the link below:

The consultation’s final report is expected to be published in the autumn of 2023.
The Spectrum 10K consultation survey is now closed. Thank you to everyone who took part.
We have posted an update on Phase 3 of the Spectrum 10K consultation. You can read it here: spectrum10k.org/phase-3-cons…
The Spectrum 10K consultation survey will be closing at the end of May, but there’s still time to make sure that your views are heard. Please visit hopkinsvanmil.qualtrics.com/… to take part.
The next stage of the consultation begins next week and will include:
-Webinars with the Spectrum 10K team where the autism community can ask questions about the study.
-Drop-in discussion sessions facilitated by the consultation’s co-leads, Hopkins Van Mil and Leneh Buckle.
The Spectrum 10K consultation needs to include the opinions of many people with different backgrounds & experiences of autism. To register your interest as an autistic person or a carer of an autistic person, with no obligation please visit cambridge.eu.qualtrics.com/j…#autismresearch
A short survey to allow you to register your interest in Phase 2 and/or Phase 3 of the consultation is available here:
cambridge.eu.qualtrics.com/j…. The data from this survey will go directly to Hopkins Van Mil and not to the Spectrum 10K team.
We are seeking an autistic co-lead to work with us to co-design and co-deliver the consultation. More information on how to apply for this role is here: hopkinsvanmil.co.uk/news/spe…

We are grateful to everyone who has already signed up to Spectrum 10K.
We understand that some autistic people and their families have concerns over the collection and use of genetic data, which is one part of this study.
We recognise that we need to do more to explain the value of this research, the measures in place to protect your data, and other concerns.
We are actively working with autistic people and will be listening to more autistic voices to address these concerns.
We will update our website and social media as this work progresses.
