1) Refunds All user transactions are fully recorded. We identified all "Close Position" requests that were submitted but not properly executed during the incident. Refunds have now been issued to all affected users. 2) Malicious activity We observed a spike in manipulative trading behavior, including multi-account botting, which materially contributed to today’s issues. This behavior is a direct violation of our Terms of Use, which all users agree to at sign-up. SpeedTrading reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in these activities.
