A #vaccine to prevent cancer! 65% reduction in #CervicalCancer amongst US women aged 20-24 (the #HPV vaccines were introduced in 🇺🇸 in 2006 so this Gen Z cohort is the first ones coming of age in the post-vaccination era). #VaccinesWork

Among women aged 20–24 years, the first cohort to receive papillomavirus vaccine, #CervicalCancer incidence rate in the #USA declined by about 65% from 2012-2019. Need more efforts to increase vaccination in low-uptake states to maximize the benefit. bit.ly/2023CancerStats

Replying to @CheapOair
@cheapoair Stuck on eternal phone tree limbo, I am on hold, called more than 5 times. it is very "cheapo." Every time I call I get put on hold indefinitely. I also get to hear that cheapoair has an award winning app and customer service, just to rub it more.

CT in COVID is being misused in India. "CT is good for incomes not outcomes." Quote by a pulmonary medicine specialist friend. CT scans should only be used if RT PCR is not available for diagnosis and to detect complications such as super added infections or if PE is suspected.

Please spread the word. Pvt. lobbies in India are draining money of of innocent patients. "Looking" at lungs is not as important as knowing their function, which can be monitored easily by a pulse oximeter. Instead of CT financial reserves are better spent on other aspects of Rx.
