Everyone's hating on this opinion for being "well my kind of autism IS THE RIGHT one" without making an actual point.
(S)he's right, if you need to affirm your special interests by referring to them as genders, chances are you're chronically online.
I try to ignore xenogender stuff, but it's hard when people are clearly misusing transgender terminology and treating it as on par with gender dysphoria, which is a real, diagnosable condition. The 'I'm autistic so I experience gender as a concept/object/etc' angle is especially irritating given that's just not how autism works, coming from someone who has ASD and innumerable friends with it too.
People need to realize personality/interests and gender are not the same. It actively harms the queer community.
