Player # 11 in my early 2027 NFL Draft Watch is Oklahoma DT David Stone.
- Standing at 6’3 310lbs he has great size to play position and can move around across the defensive line.
- Very smooth, fluid mover for his size with good strength to pair with it.
- Power pass rusher that uses his hands well and is able to walk guards and centers back into the QB’s lap.
- High motor and routinely pursues and chases down plays from the backside.
- Would like to see him stack and shed more in the run game, when he does it he does it very well.
- Oklahoma tends to run a lot of twists and stunts that typically get him out of position and off balance, would love to see him unleashed as a more forward moving player this year. I see him as 1st round player and a top 5 DT in the class going into the season!
