Fun fact! According to former Imagineer Royce Alcoser, around 2017, the geese animatronics within Splash Mountain at Disneyland got fiberglass beaks as well as a "jawline area" that was 3D printed!

A similar malfunction happened on Disneyland’s Splash Mountain. All the animatronics were shut off; however, the sound was working properly.
After some brief downtime, Splash Mountain at Magic Kingdom reopened with the animatronics turned off and only a couple of sounds working due to an extremely rare malfunction.
