Next week a group of us will be taking on the UK 3 Peaks. We’re doing this as a personal challenge but to also raise money for @air_ambulance. They do tremendous work but have also helped personally when my son Oliver was born 3 months prem. Story attached.

Great example of the impact lifestyle medicine can have.
Sadly, lack of resources can make it difficult to implement on the primary care coal face.
Breaking the culture of quick fixes with pills versus an investment in your own health through lifestyle change is massive. 💪
