Many of us have taken a Speed Awareness Course. It’s aim is to educate drivers about their speeding, and act as an incentive to stop them doing it again.
What are your views if instead of paying a £100 PCN, you were offered a 20 minutes Parking Awareness Course and a fee of £30?
