Today marks 14 weeks until the @LondonMarathon. Reality has set in that training is tough. I knew it would be but didn't know just how hard it is to train alone mentally & physically. Today's 20 mile run will be hardest yet. Your help would be fab. justgiving.com/fundraising/A… #pspa

So long, farewell. Last firmal meetings complete, handover in place.
It feels strange to be saying goodbye to my PR world, but hopefully not to the amazing friends & colleagues I've worked with over the years.

It's a cruel world out there, some weeks are crueller than others. This was 1 of those. 7 days ago my sister in law was rushed to @RUHBath ICU. In spite of their very best efforts we lost her. She was only 53. 8 days ago she buried her mother in law. #bereavement #addiction #NHS
