Square uses the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network for the manual bank verification process, which can take up to 4 business days to complete. This is necessary to ensure safe and secure delivery of your funds.

You can check your bank’s verification status from your Square Dashboard at any time by heading to Settings > Account & Settings > Money > Bank accounts. Any funds you accept will remain in your Square balance until your bank is verified. Learn more here: squ.re/3WIbPPd.

The Square App Marketplace offers third-party apps that integrate with Square. For example, Square Appointments doesn't natively support virtual meetings, but you can find apps in the marketplace that integrate with Square to enable virtual booking, video conferencing, and more.

You can request a cancellation of your Square Hardware Order, if the order is still marked as “processing.” To request an order cancellation: Log into your Square Online Dashboard and select the name of your business in the top right-hand corner and click Order Square Hardware.

From the Square Shop Page, click My Account > Order Status. If the order is still processing, you will have the opportunity to Request Cancellation. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been successfully cancelled.
