Year 1 took their Maths learning outside this morning, enjoying the fresh air while practicing counting in 10s. Using a variety of equipment! They even used themselves to fill giant tens frames!

What an exciting way for Reception Oak to start our new learning all about Minibeasts! We learned about hissing cockroaches, millipedes, scorpions, giant African land snails and tarantulas. We even held some creatures that eat Minibeasts too! π
