GLITZ AND GROOVE // How much fun was the virtual Junior School Disco! Over 200 St Luke’s Junior School students joined in for some interactive fun and dancing with DJ KitKat! It was wonderful to see so many happy faces, and serious disco moves!
WELLBEING // Comfy Comes to School! We enjoyed welcoming a new 'member' of the Counselling team to assist Junior students with their transition back to School.  'Comfy' and his miraculous coat has enjoyed storytime in the classrooms and lots of cuddles in the playground.
Taking the lockdown learning into BreakoutEdu mode, our Year 8 students under the guidance of their innovative teacher, Mrs Louise Pigott, are engaging in stretching their capacity to collaborate, plan, design and execute an Escape Room. @WALKTHRUs_5 @breakoutEDU @teacherhead

MASTERCHEFS IN THE MAKING // As part of their Health and Nutrition Elective, Year 8 students were challenged to create a lunch for themselves and their family using avocado as the "hero". It is amazing to see our students making the most of Off-Campus Learning!

#YoungLeaders Our Dee Why Junior campus hosted 155 Student Leaders from schools across Anglican Schools Corp. Students heard from our Principal, Dee Why Head of Junior School and James Smith from Consensus Education, about ways they can enhance their influence as leaders.
