Wishing our 6th year students the best of luck as they receive their Leaving Cert results tomorrow. Results will be available online from 10 am on the Candidate Self Service Portal. Students are welcome into the college at 11 am, to meet with their teachers and with each other.

Best of luck to Rian McCaffrey and Kelvin Adeosun, who compete in the All Ireland Schools Track and Fields Championships on Saturday in Tullamore. Rian is running in the U16 mile while Kelvin is taking part in the Intermediate High Jump. We are very proud of both boys.

Our TYs went to Emerald Park yesterday. It was filled with fun, laughter, and learning. From thrilling rides to exploring the zoo, every moment was exciting and enjoyable. A big thank you to Mr. Farrell, Mr. Tiernan, and Mr. Feeney for accompanying the students.

It was a fantastic win by our 1st year hurling team today who beat Scoil Dara, Kildare 8-7 to 5-6. It was a tight game the whole way through, but the lads never gave up. They now progress to the final against Edenderry. Well done to the team and their coaches.

Fr. Tony came in today to visit our 6th year students ahead of their exams and to say a prayer with them. Thanks to Fr. Tony who is always available to our students and for his continued support and encouragement.

A huge well done to the 1st and 2nd Year Hurling team who won 3/3 games in today's blitz. They played Summerhill Sligo, Roscommon CBS, and Louisburg Mayo. The blitz took place in the Connacht Centre of Excellence. Well done to the team and management.

Well done to our 1st year hurlers who got off to a winning start in the Leinster competition today against Granard Schools. It was a fantastic team performance. All players played at least one full half of hurling. Keep up the great work lads.

TY French students visited the Dock in Carrick On Shannon today to see the French film “Nenah Superstar”. All students enjoyed the day out organised by Ms Mc Kenny and Ms Connell.

Congratulations to our two past pupils on receipt of their UCD Entrance Scholars Awards. The award ceremony was held on Friday, 7th February, in UCD O’Reilly Hall. Aryan Kuthial (Academic High Achiever) & Roberts Kipars (Cothrom na Féinne Scholars) were both acknowledged.

Well done to the U16 Gaelic football team who beat Colaiste Choilm of Tullamore today on a score line of 0-10 to 1-6. The team now begin their preparations for their North Leinster semi-final against St. Pats of Navan in the coming weeks. Well done to the team and their coaches.
