Pupils and staff celebrated Mass with parishioners at St Mary's RC Church in Eccles on Sunday! We really enjoyed meeting members of our parish community in the Parish Centre after Mass where we served tea, coffee, toast and crumpets. Thank you to all at St Mary's for welcoming us

Last week, all pupils participated in a Celebration of the Word on the theme of vocation following Good Shepherd Sunday. We prayed for God's call to be clear to every one of us, and took inspiration from the lives of the saints affiliated with our school values.

Well done to these fantastic pupils, who volunteered to attend Sunday Mass at Holy Cross RC Church and lived out our school value of 'Service' in the parish community! Pupils fulfilled roles during Mass and served refreshments in the Parish Centre afterwards.

Staff and pupils celebrated Eid al-Fitr on Friday with a Tasting Table of different foods to try, alongside Bracelet Making and Card Crafting. Eid Mubarak to all Muslim members of our community!

Y9 began their turn of leading Wednesday Prayer services in the Chapel. 9PMG did a fantastic job of writing the bidding prayers, choosing the music and reading. Thank you as always to Fr Martin for his support in celebrating these important acts of collective worship with us!

On the 3rd March our ex Head Girl Betws Redgrave was inaugurated as Salford Youth Mayor. It was a lovely celebration of the hard work of Salford Youth Council in Salford's centenary year. We know that Betws will continue to be a role model for all and lead with dignity.
