The fact that the US didn't have to panic-build stadiums and other facilities for the world cup because the amenities are just there, and have always been there, still baffles me. No country comes close ngl.

Remember when brands would flood the streets with giant billboards, colorful campaigns, unforgettable ads, and that electric tournament buzz? The hype is missing, the football is there. The feeling isn't.
