I agree that the tracks don’t care. They are making money hand over fist with the Caws and could give 2 shits less about the everyday gambler. But just like how technology can giveth it can taketh away. Somebody will invent a daily fantasy platform for horse racing where you skip the tote pool. Bet against other horse players every race or in contests. Don’t need the tracks. That can happen

Pressure on lawmakers. There is no way Stronach and NYRA etc should be allowed to own or parter with CAWS. No other sport would ever allow this in a billion years. It’s insider trading. Horse Racing is just flying under the radar and tracks are being as greedy as possible until they are forced to stop
