Next available appt to look at it further is another 4 weeks, then a couple of weeks to work out and fix.
In the meantime I am left without a working car, living in a rural area with a baby.
Itโs been 9weeks already and at least another 7-9 weeks @Kia_Worldwide

Itโs great all this 7yr warranty and want to deliver best customer experience but being left without a working car is awful!! This is the worst customer service and care Iโve ever received!! @Kia_Worldwide please look into how your franchises as they all appear to be struggling.

Donโt normally do this but Iโm beyond it nowโฆ our Kia Sportage hasnโt worked since June (car wonโt reverse/gear box issue which is under warranty)โฆ today was the first appt we could get for them to โdiagnose the issueโ, yip gearbox issue. @Kia_Worldwide
