Cllr Bell's interview about Glasgow's visitor levy - he mentioned other European cities, but:
- many of their levies exempt locals, young people and some workers
- Glasgow's 5% is higher than most levies (except for ones in Germany and the Netherlands)
- VAT is lower in Europe
